Another one in the books

Well today we finished another show and it's officially in the books. Do I get nervous doing live radio? No. It doesn't bother me because I get to have banter with my best friend. I'm looking at him on skype face to face so to say. So there is no need for me to be nervious. I don't even get nervous when the countdown starts.

I think I was more nervous when I took the steps to create my own company. And yeah I admitted that I don't buy ebooks. I have a total of maybe 10 ebooks links to my computer, phone and tablet. So they are always there. But I do go in the bookstore and buy books. You have to support businesses around your hometown. Because if they aren't making money then your town will slowly become a ghost town.

It's best to start your own business because if you make products of your own, your made in America. Do you really want to continue sending your money out of county? It's not coming back to you if you do that. Yeah the larger companies send work over seas because they get HUGE tax breaks to do that. But is that fair to you here in America to have that done? It leads to job loss and less economy money in your pocket but the big wigs of the major companies are lining their pockets. Are they paying their employees higher wages by the money they are saying. I can not honestly answer that.

With my company I create all the work, though resently the man I hired to great the illustrations for my ebooks has decieded to create some of the books for me. Well that takes a lot of pressure off of me and I am thankful for it. The money that comes into JSNCS goes to pay for local artist here in the states. I don't send my work over seas and I have no reason to. Products that I will oventually want to have on the site for sale such as stuffed animals will all be send out to local artists that have the talent for it here in America. They need the business and I need to make sure that I can over see everything.

We had an interview with Kristi Sawyer today. She sells jewelery  for a company called Jewel Kade. The fabulous part about it is the jewelery is all made in Alpine Utah. Made in America. People here in America are more aware of the dangers of lead poisions and other problems that would arise from having small children. If Jewel Kade sent their designs over seas to be made in mass production do you really think that they would be able to make sure that the product they were selling would be good in the way of free of lead? No they wouldn't cause once it comes back in the U.S to be sold it would go from a warehouse straight to differnt locations. This is why I feel that Jewel Kade is an excellent product because it's made in America for you.

Time for more work to be done so I'm done for today.
